Update 1785 — New Support tab in the Hub

Server update 1785 and client update 1676 – the patcher updates the client automatically.

• Hub › Support: send tickets straight to the team – report a bug, account & login, report a player, question or suggestion. Level, channel and map are added automatically.
• Team answers show up with a counter on the tab and a card under Overview › For you; you can reply or close a ticket as solved.
• The tab shows how many team members are online right now and how fast answers usually come.
• “Report a problem” and “Ask the team” (Overview, Contacts, Messenger) now open a new ticket directly.
