Update 1783 — Beta testers count everywhere, smoother NPC dialogs

Server update 1783 and client hotfix 1674 are live. The patcher updates the client automatically – just log in again.

• Beta testers count everywhere: characters that used the beta tools can now ascend and appear in the weekly training-stone ranking, the Hub weekly hunt, the Tablet of Fame and the Weekly Path rewards. The Chronicle of Firsts stays reserved for regular characters.
• Beta tools: changing your level no longer deletes your skills, and the panel preselects your current skill group.
• NPC dialogs open at their final size, text appears line by line at your chosen speed, and words are no longer split in the middle.
• Tablet of Fame and training stone show the kingdom and language flag next to every name.
• Fixed: Aura Plate Armour and Dragon Dress +4 to +9 no longer look white, and switching Hub tabs works reliably again.
